La partecipazione implica la realizzazione di 5 outfit, come indicato nel regolamento: 4 outfit di libera creazione + 1 outfit ispirato all'attrice Grace Kelly. (leggi regolamento).
Nb. Si può partecipare per entrambi le sezioni ma laddove si venga selezionati come finalisti in sezione A e in Sezione B, la quota di partecipazione come contributo spese sarà raddoppiata. (€ 500,00 + € 500,00).
se gli outfit hanno necessità di accessori (cappelli, collane, orecchini o bracciali) bisogna sottolinearlo e/o
indicarlo nelle “annotazioni” d’iscrizione.
DICHIARAZIONE DI CONOSCENZA E ACCETTAZIONE DEL REGOLAMENTO
Il/La sottoscritto/a dichiara, ai sensi e per gli effetti degli articoli 1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile, di aver letto attentamente il Regolamento e le Condizioni Generali di Partecipazione al concorso Premio Moda® 2025, disponibili al seguente link: Regolamento Premio Moda 2025
In particolare, il/la sottoscritto/a dichiara di aver preso visione degli articoli 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 e 17 del predetto regolamento e condizioni generali, di averli compresi pienamente e di accettarli integralmente.
PRESA D'ATTO TERMINI E CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Il/La sottoscritto/a prende atto che entro il 30 marzo 2025 dovrà inviare tutta la documentazione richiesta dal regolamento.
Il/La sottoscritto/a è consapevole che solo i candidati selezionati (per ogni sezione) e decretati finalisti potranno partecipare alle serate finali della 14^ edizione del Premio Moda® 2025, previo pagamento all'organizzazione di un contributo per spese generali, come previsto dagli articoli 10 e 11 del Regolamento e Condizioni Generali di Partecipazione al Premio Moda® 2025.
DECRETAZIONE FINALISTI: 10 APRILE 2025
In caso di selezione come finalista del Concorso, è necessario comunicare l'accettazione o la rinuncia all'opportunità tramite sottoscrizione di una liberatoria a procedere.
ACCETTAZIONE
In caso di accettazione, è richiesto il pagamento di un contributo per spese generali di € 500,00 per ogni sezione entro il 20 Aprile 2025. Il pagamento del contributo convalida la partecipazione alla Finale.

To the Association APS "Officina della Culturale" E.T.S., as the owner and organizer of the competition Premio Moda®, 2025, to be allowed to participate in the free selections of the Competition.
My participation is for the section(s) indicated below:
Participation involves making 5 outfits, as stated in the rules: 4 outfits of free creation + 1 outfit inspired by actress Grace Kelly. (read regulations).
Please note: One can participate for both sections but where one is selected as a finalist in Section A and Section B, the participation fee as an expense contribution will be doubled. (€ 500,00 + € 500,00).
if the outfits need accessories (hats, necklaces, earrings or bracelets) it should be emphasized and/or
indicate this in the enrollment "notes."
STATEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
The undersigned declares, pursuant to and in accordance with Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, that he/she has carefully read the Rules and General Conditions for Participation in the 2025 Fashion Prize® Competition, available at the following link: PREMIO MODA FASHION AWARD REGULATIONS
In particular, the undersigned declares that he/she has read Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of the aforementioned Rules and General Conditions, fully understands them, and accepts them in full.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The undersigned acknowledges that by March 30, 2025, he/she must submit all documentation required by the regulations.
The undersigned is aware that only the candidates selected (for each section) and decreed as finalists will be allowed to participate in the final evenings of the 14th edition of the Moda® 2025 Award, upon payment to the organization of a contribution for general expenses, as provided for in Articles 10 and 11 of the Rules and General Conditions of Participation of the Moda® 2025 Award.
DECLARING FINALISTS: APRIL 10, 2025
In the event of selection as a finalist in the Competition, notice of acceptance or waiver of opportunity must be given by signing a release to proceed.
ACCEPTANCE
In case of acceptance, payment of an overhead contribution of €500.00 per section is required by April 20, 2025. Payment of the contribution validates participation in the Finals.
